Shipping Instructions

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Your rifle can be shipped directly to Teludyne Tech Industries, Inc. You can use FedEx or UPS to ship to us. Upon completion of your StraightJacket Barrel installation we will return your rifle directly back to the address you shipped from.

FedEx Instructions

  1. Ground and Overnight are available.
  2. The rifle must be unloaded.
  3. Pack your rifle in a good box and protect it from movement.
  4. The outside of the package must not be marked, labeled or otherwise identify that the package contains a firearm. This includes the abbreviation of the name of the shipper or recipient if the name would clearly indicate that the package could contain a firearm.
  5. The mailer must inform the FedEx employee accepting the shipment that the package contains a firearm.
  6. A FedEx Express box may be used for firearm shipments but only when using Express Priority Overnight or Express FedEx box for Express Freight Services. All firearms must be shipped Priority Overnight if shipped with Express.
  7. A firearm cannot ship from yourself to yourself unless you are a licensed manufacturer, licensed importer, licensed dealer or licensed collector. Only a licensed individual may ship firearms to himself at another location.
  8. When shipping firearms with FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Express Priority Overnight, the mailer must select Adult Signature Required (ASR) or Direct Service Required (DSR).
  9. Ground, Home Delivery and Express Priority Overnight firearms shipments can be dropped off at a FedEx Station but not in a drop box.
  10. The mailer must comply with all applicable government regulations, laws, etc. when a package containing firearms or ammunition is presented for shipment.
  11. For questions about shipping firearms, the shipper should contact the local Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF&E) Division Office or visit their website at atv.gov. Also, the individual can contact their local state and local Law Enforcement officials.

UPS

  1. Ground and Overnight are available.
  2. Please bring the rifle into a Customer Center. Find out where the nearest Customer Center is by calling 1-800-742-5877 or visit UPS on-line at ups.com.
  3. The rifle must be unloaded.
  4. No markings can be on the box.
  5. Must have an Adult signature.
  6. Leave box open for inspection.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your StraightJacket® Barrel System or any of our other products, please contact us immediately at 864-334-5300 or send an email to cs@teludynetech.com.

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product please contact us either by phone or email to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The following information is needed to process the RMA.

-       Your name, telephone number and email address

-       Product being returned

-       Reason for product return

Once an RMA number has been issued, a confirmation phone call or e-mail will be sent to you detailing the RMA number, product authorized for return and shipping details.

The RMA number should be clearly marked on all returned product, boxes, packages and accompanying paperwork.

On receipt of product returned under an RMA number, a receipt notification phone call or e-mail will be sent to you confirming receipt of product.

We will work quickly and diligently to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. In the event that we cannot resolve the issue you are entitled to 100% Money Back Guarantee. Please visit our support page for details.
